• **Federalism: State vs. Federal Power:** Examining the balance of power between the federal government and the states, including the Commerce Clause, the Tenth Amendment, and significant case law.
• **Individual Rights & Liberties (First Amendment):** A deep dive into freedom of speech, religion, press, assembly, and the right to petition; analyzing landmark cases and contemporary challenges.
• **Due Process & Equal Protection:** Examining the Fourteenth Amendment, substantive and procedural due process, and equal protection under the law, with focus on discrimination and fundamental rights.
